Mitch Rosen Gunleather

Based in Manchester, NH, Mitch Rosen Gunleather produces some of the finest gun holsters and shooting accessories on the market today. Known for his fit and finish, Mitch only uses the highest quality cowhide or exotic skins. Each gun holster, mag carrier, or gun belt that he produces is produced and finished by hand. Mitch basically offers 3 different series of holsters:

  • Express Line
  • Standard Line
  • Slim Line

Express Line - The Express Line is a less expensive line that Mitch offers as an alternate to the Standard and Slim Lines. The Express line is manufactured to the exact same high quality standards as the other two lines without Mitch's trademark extensive handboning, and a limited choice of leather colors. Express holsters are generally only available in either Black, Cuban Brown, or Natural leather.

Standard Line - A step up from the Express Line, the Standard Line features Mitch's detailed handboning (also called Blocking). Note that Mitch actually does all the boning and blocking for the Standard and Slim Line by hand instead of by machine. As a result, the weapon fit and holster finish are exquisite. The Standard Line is also available in a number of leather colors and also some exotic skins.

Slim Line - The Slim Line is Mitch's premier line of holsters. The Slim Line has all the features of the Standard line and also includes a stitched in lining inside the holster (where applicable) and a slimmer construction. The Slim Line series are really remarkable holsters that are designed for optimum concealment and comfort. Note that the Slim Line series is not available for all holsters that Mitch produces.

Ed and I had the chance to really evaluate the Mitch Rosen line, and we were very impressed. Mitch's holsters and accessories aren't inexpensive, but they are certainly worth the money. We don't think you'll find a better fitting, higher quality leather holster on the market today.
