Guys, I just wanted to let you know I received by order for a Don Hume belt yesterday. If Don Hume is calling these belt's seconds then they're losing out on sales. It's looks perfect to me. You obviously have a quality outfit there as I placed my order on late Thursday night and got it on Monday. Can't beat the speed or quality of service from you guys! Currently they're selling leather from www.gunnersalley.com. Having been in the market for a nice quality belt I went ahead and ordered a factory seconds belt Thursday night. Right away I got email notifications on my order and was promptly shipped and tracked the whole way. Needless to say when I got the mail on Monday I was surprised the belt was there! Ripped open the box and looked at the belt. You couldn't tell what made it a factory second. So long story short, fast service, quality product, and excellent seller communication. I ordered my stuff this past Monday, it shipped on Tuesday, and arrived about 10 minutes ago. I ordered a belt and a clip-on spare mag holder from Don Hume. I ordered both of these items as "seconds". Which they said are items that are rejected by the factory due to minor blemishes. Well, I can see NO blemish at all and feel I received an excellent deal. I ordered a belt, mag holder, and holster all from their "seconds" list. Very high quality, can not see why they are seconds. The service part is that I received them in 3 days, but they sent a small arms mag holder instead of a 9mm one...no questions asked, they told me to return it and they would send out the proper one. Upon reading their site again I realized that it was I who made the mistake. I got a phone call in the evening apologizing that they were sorry but it would take a couple days for them to get the 9mm mag holder out...do not believe I have ever received a service phone call from a company! I admitted that I believed that I had made the mistake which he brushed aside and said that it did not matter, that they were going to a trade show so they would go in Saturday to ship it out.
