SureFire G2Z Combat Light
The SureFire G2Z Combat Light is an ultra compact incandescent
flashlight designed for every day carry.
The G2Z is a compact high intensity flashlight series designed
for tactical use or for use in conditions that require an enhanced grip. The
G2Z is similar to the SureFire Z2, except that the G2Z has a polymer body instead
of the aluminum body of the Z2. This palm sized light also comes with a lanyard
that can be used for additional retention. The G2Z emits a pre-focused incandescent
beam that produces 4 times the light output of a large two D-cell flashlight.
The flashlight body is manufactured from a light weight, corrosion
proof polymer . The G2Z features a O-ring seal that is weatherproof and water
resistant. The light shines through a tempered Pyrex window. The tailcap on
the G2Z features a press button activated instant on, which can be twisted to
change to a constant-on. The tailcap also features a lockout switch that will
prevent accidental activation when the light is in transit to storage. The patented
rubber grip ring allows the light to be operated with a handgun using the Rogers/SureFire
technique.
